Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is conveniently close to departmental stores and only a short distance from a Western restaurant on level 21. the room is modern and clean, with a spacious bathroom and good service. the breakfast has a great variety, including Chinese and Western options. For smokers, there are designated areas.
There is one negative aspect to this hotel. the English proficiency level of some staff members could be improved, which might cause issues with communication between guests and hotel staff.

a short walk to la cocotte keke xican, where you can have lunch. no complains at all, i would happily return. i loved the fact that i chose nade. vacation base for city trip in hangzhou.

Free Wi-Fi was provided and was essential. The hotel was short way from Duanqiao Canxue. Perfect for trip.

The breakfast offered decent choices in both Western and Chinese cuisine and had a variety of bread. The rooms were generally clean and the bathroom was decent.
The hotel was located further from the lake than we expected and required transportation to get there. The staff struggled to communicate in English, causing some difficulty during check-in and check-out.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with a great variety of breakfast options including both Western and Chinese dishes. the location was convenient with easy access to shopping centers and transportation. Another positive aspect was the friendly staff who always went above and beyond to help.
The bathrooms were quite small, and the rooms could benefit from larger windows to allow more natural light. Although the staff were friendly, some struggled with English which made communication a bit difficult at times.
